What counts as a building?
Any site with its own utility meter or building management system, from a 40-storey office tower to a single retail unit. Several buildings on one shared meter count as one until you add sub-meters to measure them separately.
Are there setup fees?
No. Every plan, including the pilot, covers onboarding, connecting your meters and building systems, and training for your team. Clip-on sensors for unmetered sites are supplied at cost.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing takes 15% off the Portfolio price and is invoiced on NET 30 terms. You can move from monthly to annual billing at any time.
What happens after the pilot?
On day 30 you receive a savings report for the pilot building. Move to the Portfolio plan to keep its data, alerts and automations running, or stop there and we delete the data within 30 days.
